HSN’s Bundled and Surgical Virtual Care team has launched a new digital care plan for Kidney Stones through SeamlessMD, marking their 15^th pathway! SeamlessMD is an all-in-one platform for patient engagement, remote monitoring, and virtual care. Patients who enroll in the program can access personalized education, progress-tracking, and post-op symptom monitoring through their smartphone, tablet or computer.
