Board Meetings
By-law 5.4 "Procedures for Board and Committee Meetings" states the following: (2) Meetings of the Board shall be open, but the Board may, at its discretion and without notice, hold all or part of any Board meeting in camera. Guests may participate in meetings of the Board and its Committees only by invitation or approval of the Chair or by resolution of the Board or Committee.
