Mike Commito

Mike Commito is the Director of Research & Innovation at Cambrian College. Under Mike's leadership, the college has significantly expanded its applied research portfolio, working with companies on projects in fields ranging from mining to medical device technology. Prior to joining Cambrian in 2016, Mike completed a PhD in History from McMaster University. Outside of his role at Cambrian, Mike is a writer and author. He is very active in the community and also serves on the NEO Kids Board and is on the board for Camp Quality, a national organization that provides inclusive year-round programs for children with cancer and blood disorders that support the whole family through fun camp adventures.
