Background and Experience

The HSNRI Board is seeking members with a professional accounting designation and/or professional experience related to research, research institutes and/or education.

HSN and HSNRI strive to ensure that their Boards reflect the diversity of the communities served. Individuals who identify as Indigenous, Black or racialized individuals, individuals who identify as 2SLGBTQ+ and persons with disabilities or from vulnerable populations are strongly encouraged to put forward an application.

Previous board or governance experience, whether in the public or private sector, is an asset.

Eligibility

The following individuals are not eligible to serve on the HSNRI Board: an employee of HSNRI; a parent, child, sibling, spouse or common law partner of an employee of HSNRI; any person who lives in the same household as an employee of HSNRI.
