Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides timely follow-up and support for individuals that are transitioning to the community following a hospital admission or Emergency Department visit related to mental health.

Care we provide

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides services that are group-based and recovery oriented. The primary focus is to provide mental health and addictions education, support and timely psychiatric consultation for consenting individuals that are 16+ and are in transition to the community following a hospital visit. Referrals to this program are accepted from mental health care providers in the Emergency Department and Inpatient units.
