Outpatient addictions and gambling services (OAGS)

The Outpatient Addictions and Gambling Service (OAGS) offers a wide range of community programs designed to help youth or adults experiencing difficulties with substance use and/or gambling and gaming.

OAGS offers youth and adult addictions and gambling/gaming treatment services, including:

  • Assessments (GAIN Q3 MI ONT) and treatment referrals
  • One on one treatment for those who meet criteria
  • Individualized goal setting and treatment matching
  • Education and skills treatment groups
  • Family support and significant other groups
  • Trauma informed treatment
  • Combined treatment for mental health and substance use concerns
  • Psychiatric consult with ongoing engagement in programming (requires primary care referral)
  • Referrals to other community agencies and programs

Communities served include Espanola and surrounding areas: Nairn Centre, McKerrow, Willisville, Whitefish Falls, Webbwood, Massey, and Walford. The main office is located in Espanola with an outreach office in Massey.
