Patient Advisor on the CEO Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) since October 2021

I am a former volunteer of the North Eastern Cancer Centre and previously worked at HSN. I’ve been involved in the hospital system for many years as a patient as well. I believe that I can sincerely and without prejudice help in all aspects to make the healthcare experience a positive one for all. The diversity and forever changing cultural complexities of healthcare will always be challenging. We have to retain and nurture our assets by being able to adapt to the future needs of patients. 

I joined the Patient and Family Advisor Council, because I wanted to be a part of the HSN team that helps to inform policies and takes an active role in molding the future of our hospital system in Sudbury.
