Your opportunity to shape the future of healthcare in Northeastern Ontario is here!
Applications for the Health Sciences North (HSN) and Health Sciences North Research Institute (HSNRI) Boards of Directors are now being accepted from residents of Northeastern Ontario who are interested in serving a renewable term of up to three years, beginning no later than June 2024.
The HSN Board is seeking members with professional experience related to law and communication information management, as well as members who serve in a leadership role in an academic institution, while the HSNRI Board is seeking members with professional experience related to research institutes and education. Both Boards are seeking members with a professional accounting designation and/or professional experience related to research.
Individuals who identify as Indigenous, Black or racialized individuals, individuals who identify as 2SLGBTQ+ and persons with disabilities or from vulnerable populations are strongly encouraged to put forward an application.
Preference will be given to individuals with experience supporting organizational equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility and anti-racism.
