Stephanie joined HSN’s Senior Leadership Team in February of 2025 after serving 6 years as Administrative Director of the Shirley and Jim Fielding Northeaster Cancer Centre. Under her leadership, the cancer center achieved a first-place ranking out of fourteen Regional Cancer Programs in Ontario for all Quality of Care indicators related to cancer provision. Stephanie has 24 years of healthcare experience, with 16 years in progressive leadership roles where she also oversaw regional programs for nephrology and Indigenous Health. Through her work with Ontario Health Cancer Care Ontario (OH-CCO) and the Ontario Renal Network (ORN), she had the opportunity to provide leadership, clinical expertise, and guidance on system-level performance and change. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Nursing from Laurentian University, as well as a Diploma in Nursing from Cambrian College..
