Vice-President, Surgical and Clinical Services
Kelli-Ann joined HSN’s leadership team in 2017 and brings over 21 years of health care experience. Prior to joining HSN, Kelli-Ann was a member of the senior management team in the role of Director of Clinical Programs and Chief Allied Health Professional for Sault Area Hospital. In this role, Kelli-Ann gained broad experience in Clinical Programs, Diagnostics, and Allied Health. Along with strategic planning, program, and project management, Kelli-Ann had administrative responsibility for programs providing direct and indirect clinical services including allied health professional practice, Laboratory, Medical Imaging, Respiratory, Rehabilitation, Patient Food, Clinical Nutrition, Pharmacy, and Mental Health and Addiction services. In this role, Kelli-Ann led organizational level change initiatives that involved system integration, education, capital planning, IT systems, and service delivery improvements.
Kelli-Ann started her career in healthcare as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in the Clinical Laboratory at Lady Dunn Hospital in Wawa, and later at Sault Area Hospital in Sault Ste. Marie. Kelli-Ann held a number of progressive clinical leadership roles, serving as Quality Assurance Coordinator, Technical Supervisor, Laboratory Manager, and Clinical Program Administrative Director during her nearly 17 years with SAH.
Kelli-Ann is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Athabasca University. She has volunteered her time, serving on Boards with local and provincial organizations and currently holds an Executive position on the Medical Laboratory Professionals’ Association of Ontario Board of Directors. Kelli-Ann also serves as an Executive Member of the local chapter of the Canadian College of Health Leaders
