Kati is the President of FROSKR, an environmental consulting and technology firm providing business stability through environmental sustainability for clients in mining, heavy manufacturing, construction, and municipal projects. Kati is an experienced leader and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Masters in Chemical Sciences and a Masters of Business Administration from Laurentian University. Kati is a Registered Environmental Professional (EP) in Canada, is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate and was among the first 100 people globally to achieve the International Society of Sustainability Professionals Sustainability Associate (ISSP-SA) designation. Highly engaged in her community, Kati is Past Chair of the Cambrian College Board of Governors, a Director with the Greater Sudbury Hydro Inc. Board of Directors, member of the Science North Business Affairs Committee and Board Advisor to Women in Mining Sudbury.
