2024 Excellence In Action Award Winners Announced

2024 Excellence In Action Award Winners Announced

Tuesday, October 8, 2024

Teams from across HSN and HSNRI gathered in the Science North Cavern to celebrate the first annual Excellence in Action Awards.

The awards capped off the first Recognition Week for the organization as we celebrated the wonderful people of HSN. The recognition week was a key element of our broader strategy to acknowledge and appreciate staff at an organizational level, while also creating opportunities for leaders and peers to express meaningful, timely, and specific recognition to each other. Together, these efforts form the foundation of our overall recognition strategy at HSN.

These awards are designed to honour exceptional dedication, professionalism, and commitment by our people.

Our selection Committee had more than 240 nominations to go through to select winners in 14 categories.

We also want to offer thanks to the Physicians NOAMA Local Education Groups for their contributions to the event. As well as a special thank you to the Excellence in Action Awards Selection Committee, the Recognition Week Committee, and all who helped make this week special for staff, medical providers, volunteers, and learners.
