This June, HSN, along with 23 hospitals in Northeastern Ontario, is joining a shared Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to make your healthcare experience better.
An Electronic Medical Record will mean up to date patient information in one secure location, digital care plans to improve the patient experience, give staff and physicians access to patient health history, reduce the risk of medication errors, and give clinicians access to the latest evidence based care practices.
It means we will not repeat tests as often or ask the same questions over and over again.
