Step 1 – Create an account and complete your candidate profile

Step 3 – Be sure to include your Resume and Cover letter in your profile with accurate and up to date information.
Virtual Interview Process
- You will receive a scheduled interview meeting invite for MS Teams within 48 hours of application.
- Interviews will be scheduled on March 26th between 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- The interview will be 30-45 minutes and you will be asked to have your camera on.
HSN and Ministry Incentives
The Nursing Graduate Guarantee (NGG): The Nursing Graduate Guarantee program is designed to support newly graduated Registered Nurses (RNs) by providing them with a full-time temporary employment opportunity for twelve (12) weeks as an introduction period to transition from theory to practice. Following the twelve (12) weeks, NGGs are bridged to full-time employment, or equivalent work. Currently only being offered in Medicine and Surgical programs.
In addition, We offer competitive salary and vacation, extended health and dental benefits, a pension plan through HOOPP and relocation allowance to assist with moving expenses. We also offer Relocation allowance to assist with moving expenses and a Workforce Entry Initiative for new graduates.
