Your safety is important to us at Health Sciences North and a key part of keeping you safe is knowing what medicine you use at home.
You can help us by bringing in an up-to-date list of your medicines with you whenever you come to the hospital or to one of our clinics for care.
Don’t forget to include your inhalers, creams, refrigerated medication and over the counter medications or supplements. Your community pharmacy can also print out a list for you at any time.
At HSN we are committed to being patient and family-focused and doing everything we can to ensure patient safety. Proper medication reconciliation is an important part of that.
