“I am originally from the Philippines and completed my medical training there. I then went on to complete Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, and I have recently completed my Dermatopathology fellowship there as well. I have always been a very visual person and I like solving puzzles. Both Dermatology and Pathology require much thought and pattern recognition, which I enjoy very much. It is also very fulfilling to give patients the most accurate diagnosis, so that they can get the right treatments, and therefore get better."
