As the Vice President Medicine and Chief Nursing Executive, I’m thrilled to launch Nursing Week 2023 celebrations. It’s a special time to reflect on the incredible contribution’s nurses make to patient care every day. Nurses are the cornerstone of quality patient care, and their resilience and compassion during the COVID-19 pandemic have been truly remarkable.
This year's theme, “Our Nurses. Our Future,” highlights the important role nurses play in designing the future of healthcare. It also emphasizes the importance of supporting and inspiring the next generation of nurses here at HSN and everywhere.
