Accreditation Canada surveyors are visiting Health Sciences North next week!
Canadian hospitals are accredited by Accreditation Canada normally every four years, and through this process, the care that we provide at HSN is assessed against evidence-based quality and patient safety standards.
By meeting these standards, we can all be confident that the care we provide is aligned with best practices to keep both our patients and healthcare workers safe.

Six surveyors will be visiting different parts of HSN between June 5th and 8th.
They will be observing and interacting with a variety of patients, families, staff and physicians to gather information. As a patient or family member at HSN, you may be asked to participate and share your experiences with the surveyors. Your opinions matter and all the comments gathered will be used to improve the way we deliver care. Participation is completely voluntary.
