The Mental Health Primary Care Clinic located at the Ramsey Lake Health Centre, provides assessment, medical and mental health care for individuals living in Sudbury/Manitoulin district who are without access to consistent care from a family doctor. The goal is to improve access to primary care for individuals with both medical and mental health concerns, until arrangements with a family physician are made.
The clinic serves individuals, who are 16 years of age or older with serious and persistent mental illness and other chronic diseases. Priority is given to individuals with complex medical concerns who would benefit from consistent primary care services due to physical, developmental, or psychiatric disabilities.

The Urgent Primary Care Clinic at the Sudbury Mental Health and Addictions Centre provides urgent medical consultation for individuals who are already connected with services at the Centre. The intention of this service is to provide medical treatment to existing individuals when they need it, without having to refer individuals to the Emergency Department or a walk-in clinic. Existing individuals can be referred to this service by their clinician at the Sudbury Mental Health and Additions Centre - Cedar Site.
